If you are traveling south of Anchorage on the Seward Highway today, be aware of possible flooding, sloppy road conditions and delays for avalanche hazard reduction.
Road reports between Anchorage and Seward indicate large amounts of standing water on the roadways and a flood advisory has also been issued for the Kenai Peninsula Borough.
Motorists should also expect up to 45 minute delays between Girdwood and Seward for avalanche hazard reduction work between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.
