Governor Sarah Palin Resigns
This morning, Governor Sarah Palin announced that she would be stepping down as Governor on July 26th. In a surprise announcement from her home in Wasilla, Palin stated, "Once I decided not to run for re-election, I also felt that to embrace the conventional 'Lame Duck' status in this particular climate would be just another dose of 'politics as usual,' something I campaigned against and will always oppose.

He wants alternative energy. Solar, and wind power are at the top of his agenda even though both are extremely expensive and studies show that this kind of alternative energy would never provide more than 5% of the energy requirements of our nation.
